We are thrilled to announce an outstanding achievement for our Mighty Bulldogs!

This school year, Southmore Intermediate received an overall rating of  “B”, scoring 82 out of 100, along with a prestigious state distinction in Academic Achievement in Social Studies.

This remarkable success is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and resilience of our students and staff. Despite the challenges faced by our community—where 93.4% of our students are economically disadvantaged, 58.6% are Emergent Bilingual/English Learners, and 17.0% are identified in need of Special Education, our students have risen to the occasion and excelled. Southmore Intermediate coupled with the strong support and guidance of Pasadena ISD take PRIDE in our work, always PURPOSE driven, and PASSIONATE for our people!

Together, our faculty, staff, and students have truly shown that we can “Shine Brightly!” Let’s continue to celebrate this achievement and strive for even greater success in the future. Congratulations to everyone involved!

Thank you, Mr. Moody
